  3.     You can use this menu choice to allow or disallow logins. 
  4.  
  5.     The Allow Logins menu choice lets users gain access to the
  6.     system.
  7.  
  8.     The Disallow Logins menu choice stops any users from gaining
  9.     access to the system.  This only works on systems which recognize
  10.     the /etc/nologin mechanism.  Typically you use this option during
  11.     system maintenance or when a large job is running which requires
  12.     most of the CPU's resources.

  14.     When you select the desired menu item, Enlighten will prompt
  15.     for confirmation, if needed. For example, if you highlighted Allow
  16.     Logins and no confirmation appeared, you are already allowing
  17.     logins.  Otherwise a pop-up window will appear and you can click OK
  18.     to execute the desired action.

  20.     NOTE: The only way to remove a temporary lockout from the system 
  21.     is to go back to the User menu and choose Allow Logins. Or you can 
  22.     reboot the system.
